也许是因为您和爱人之间的性生活不是很和谐造成的，导致您对爱人的性生活上面的不满，导致您有想法不能说出，所以在梦中会有幻想，但为什么这种梦反而是您苦恼呢，是由于您的愧疚感，您潜意识里告诉自己不能怪罪爱人，更不能有所幻想，所以是的您很愧疚，很苦恼
