各位，帮忙看下小弟的包皮需要割不？

如图，能翻下去，但是翻下去后，前面会有一团，后面没有，这个需要割吗？
爱爱的时候，会不会前面的这个皮一直动，把后面的系带扯烂？

你好，能翻出来，但是后面系带呢很近，前面有一团包皮，做的时候，不会把系带弄断吗？
